Services
Systems, sites and tools
Business websites, personal websites, online platforms, and systems that take over work being done by hand. Some of it is about being found and understood. Some of it is about making the work itself easier.
Engagements
Operations software
Inventory, procurement, production, payroll. The systems a business runs on when the spreadsheets stop agreeing with each other. Built to be used by people on a factory floor, not only by whoever commissioned it.
Marketing sites
Fast, plain-language sites for businesses whose current one does not explain the work, or cannot be changed without calling somebody. Built to load on a phone with a weak connection, and to be edited by you afterwards.
Field applications
Mobile tools for work that happens where the signal drops. Offline-first capture, background synchronisation, and interfaces that still work for someone who does not read comfortably.
Rescuing what exists
Most businesses do not need a rewrite. They need one honest audit of what they have, and then the two or three changes that make it hold together. I will tell you if that is your situation.
How it works
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the work, not the technology. If I do not understand how it is done today, anything I build will be a guess.
Pricing is per engagement, because a two-week audit and a six-month build are not the same thing and a day rate flatters neither. Tell me the problem and I will tell you what it costs.
If it is not work I should be doing, I will say so and point you at someone better placed.
